Following the completion of the acquisition and integration process, Pan Asia ceased to operate as a separate legal entity on March 31, 2024.

All Professional Investor clients previously onboarded under Pan Asia must complete re-registration with Redland Asset Management Company Limited no later than March 31, 2025.

This is required to maintain continued access to investment services and ensure compliance with current regulatory obligations under our Type 9 (Asset Management) licence.
